Canteen
In Lauaxeta Ikastola, we have our own kitchen, all food is prepared on-site and we cater for all manner of special diets prescribed by doctors.
Food provision is outsourced to a catering company, who take responsibility for drawing up menus on the basis of dietetic and nutritional criteria, preparing and cooking the food itself and all safety and hygiene matters with regard to foodstuffs.
Food is served at table.
Infant and Primary School pupils are accompanied at all times by teachers and a team of helpers, while Secondary Education pupils are supervised exclusively by the helpers. School lunch menus are sent out to families on a monthly basis..
